A global community experience · Launching 2027

The Millbank Sessions

Local connection. Collective EFT.

A global community bringing people together one city at a time, where once a month you roll out a mat beside people from your own town, tap through a guided EFT session created exclusively for that month by Demi Millbank and then stay to talk, share and get to know each other, so a library room in your suburb and a community hall on the other side of the world are connected by the same session and the same sense of belonging.

How a night runs

Sixty to ninety minutes with the people in your town, and nobody needs to know EFT before they arrive.

10–15 min

Arrive and connect

Your local host welcomes everyone, checks names off and makes the introductions while people find a spot on the floor and say hello to the faces around them.

40–60 min

Tap together with the month's session

A guided video Demi creates just for that month's theme plays on the big screen, and the whole room taps through it together, with the freedom to pause, rest or step out whenever you like.

15–20 min

Sharing circle

Your host gently guides the group through a sharing circle, where people can talk about what came up, listen to each other and leave knowing a few more people in their own community.

The sharing circle is always optional and listening is just as welcome as speaking. Sessions stay gentle and present-focused, with themes like self-trust, receiving, boundaries and feeling safe being seen, and they're a community practice rather than a replacement for one-on-one support or therapy.

One method, many cities

Some things shift more easily when you're not doing them alone.

Every Millbank Session is a small local community that meets again each month, so the person on the mat beside you in February is often the one you're catching up with in March, and over a year you end up with a circle of people nearby who've chosen the same practice and understand why you keep coming back.

Hosts wanted

Could you bring this to your town?

Hosting doesn't involve teaching EFT or running a workshop, because Demi's session does the tapping guidance and your role is to bring people together, hold the space and help everyone feel welcome and connected.

  • Find a free space such as a library meeting room, community hall, neighbourhood centre or a studio happy to lend its floor after hours
  • Bring a laptop and a projector with sound
  • Welcome people, check them in and press play
  • Guide an optional sharing circle once the video finishes, so people get to know each other
  • Complete a short onboarding on holding a sharing circle, group care, accessibility and what to do if someone needs support

Hosts are paid for each gathering they run, with the details shared during host onboarding. Bookings and payments are handled centrally so you never have to collect money at the door, and your host payment is sent to you after each gathering. Founding hosts for 2027 will be onboarded ahead of the first gatherings.
