You already know exactly what you are not doing
- 01The post that has been sitting in your drafts since about five weeks ago.
- 02The price you dropped before anybody had questioned it.
- 03The message you have written four times now and still not sent.
- 04The pay rise you did not ask for, and the job you talked yourself out of applying for by the Thursday.
- 05The opinion you softened somewhere around the middle of saying it.
- 06The conversation you have been having in your head for two years with somebody who has never once heard any of it out loud.
None of that is happening because you do not know what to do, since you have had the plan for a while now and could probably explain the whole thing to somebody else in about four minutes, which is most of what makes it so maddening to still be sitting here.
You are confident in plenty of rooms. Just not this one.
Which is worth sitting with for a moment, because if confidence were really the problem then it would follow you everywhere and it clearly does not. You can talk for an hour about something you know inside out, and then somebody asks what you charge for it and your voice does something you never authorised. Mostly this happens on the same afternoon, occasionally about ninety seconds apart, which quietly rules out most of the explanations people have offered you over the years.
So whatever is living in that gap is a good deal more specific than confidence, and it switches on at a moment you could probably describe to me right now without thinking about it very hard.
The second something asks you to be seen, you leave your own authority to stay acceptable.
Authority is not power over people. It is authorship.
Most people hear the word authority and picture somebody standing over them, usually a boss or a parent or whoever set the temperature in the house they grew up in, so when somebody tells you to claim yours, part of your body hears become the thing that hurt me and quietly declines. In my experience that reaction is your system being consistent with its own history rather than being difficult, and I would far rather work with it than spend a month arguing that it has misunderstood me.
Authorship is the right to hold a position, name a price, keep a boundary, want something out loud, and stay recognisably yourself while other people have opinions about all of it.
The reason that version is safe to have is that it costs nobody anything at all. You are not standing over anyone, you have not taken a turn that belonged to somebody else, and nothing about it asks another person to become smaller so that you can be larger, which is the part most people never get told.
Where it came from
Your body worked this out a long time ago
You were not born afraid of being seen, so somewhere along the way your body ran the numbers on it and filed a conclusion. It was doing that constantly before you turned seven, mostly without involving you, and the questions were fairly simple ones about what tends to happen when I speak, when I disagree, when I get something wrong, and when I take up more room than I was handed.
Every dinner counted as data, and so did every argument, every silence that went on slightly too long, and every time somebody's face changed a little when you started talking. Then it did what brains do with repeated data, which is to stop asking and write a rule, because a rule is faster and it means the whole calculation never has to happen again.
Being powerful is unsafe.
Your brain was doing its job properly here and the rule genuinely worked in the house you were actually living in at the time. The only trouble is that nobody came back later to check whether it still applied, so you have spent your adult life running a threat assessment that a seven year old put together with very incomplete information, which is why something in you says who do you think you are at the exact moment you go to do the thing.
That is not you. That is a recording of a room you do not live in anymore.
Some of this will not feel like fear. It will feel like guilt.
This distinction is what my whole practice is built on, and in my experience it is why people come unstuck somewhere around week three of every other programme they have ever paid for. There are two fairly different things happening underneath, they feel almost identical from the inside, and they need completely different work from you.
Me having this is unsafe
Self directed, and it shows up as fear. Your body learned that you being visible or powerful or paid tends to bring something unpleasant toward you.
Me having this costs me my people
Other directed, and it shows up as guilt. Your body learned that outgrowing the people you came from means eventually losing them.
A nervous system will choose belonging over almost anything you can offer it, including money and recognition and the life you actually want, and it is not a close contest. Which is how somebody can work through every piece of confidence material available to them and still take the thing apart at the precise moment it starts working, because they were never frightened of the success in the first place. They were being loyal to somebody, usually somebody who worked far harder than them for a great deal less, and no one had ever handed them a word for it.
This is the specific thing I work with. The childhood loyalties and the patterns your system learned to recognise long before you were in any position to question them, which is where most of this actually lives and probably why it has survived everything else you have thrown at it so far.
Why none of it has held
You have already tried to think your way out of this
You have read the books and done at least one mindset course and written the affirmations somewhere you would see them, and I would guess that on one occasion you practised the actual sentence in the car on the way there. Then your voice still changed when the moment came, and you probably filed that away as evidence about your character, which it was not.
An affirmation is your reasoning brain assembling an argument, and the part of you holding that old rule was installed underneath language and before you had any language, so it does not process arguments at all. It reads your body instead. It is looking at your breath and your heart rate and what your shoulders are doing in this exact second, and it remains completely unmoved by the case you are putting to it.
Which is how you can say I am worthy fifty times over, mean every word sincerely, and stand up from the chair exactly as unsafe as you were when you sat down in it.
Your body has never once been argued into feeling safe.
One piece of proof
What does shift a prediction is doing something slightly exposing and having it turn out fine, in your body, while the alarm is still going off in the background. That is the entire intervention, and it is considerably less impressive than most people would like it to be when they arrive.
So each day you do one thing at whatever size you can genuinely stay present for, and your nervous system gets to log a single fact about it.
It was safe for me to be seen.
It builds, which is why the first one costs you something and the twentieth is nearly boring, and it happens to be the only thing that will update a rule your body wrote before you could read.
35 days · 35 pieces of evidence · a record rather than a mood
35 days of doing the thing you have been avoiding, in the increments you feel safe with
Entirely self paced, and entirely pre-recorded. Nothing is live, there are no calls to attend, and there is nothing you can turn up late for or miss.
Every day you get a training from me and a tapping session, and you do both whenever the day actually allows for it. With somebody who understands what is going on in your body while you are doing it, which in my experience matters a great deal more than the quality of the plan.
I have deliberately not built this as a course, because a course hands you somewhere to fall behind and something to feel guilty about, and guilt has never made anybody braver in the history of the world. So it runs as a project instead, where every day you get taught something properly, you go and do something with it, and you write down what happened.
Since I am an EFT practitioner, people reasonably assume this is thirty five days of tapping videos, and it is worth saying clearly that it is not. The teaching and the action are the project. Tapping is a tool I hand you for the days when the alarm is loud enough that you cannot move, and you are welcome to never open a single one.
What a day actually looks like
Taught, then done, then written down
Every day has the same three parts in the same order, so your body always knows what is coming. All of it is pre-recorded and waiting for you, and most people get through the whole thing in under half an hour.
The masterclass
Eight to fifteen minutes of actual teaching rather than a motivational check in, where I take one pattern apart properly and explain what is happening underneath it and where it came from, so that you leave with language for something you have been living without a name for.
Where the loyalties, the recognition patterns and the nervous system work all sit.
The action
Then you go and do something with it, in real life, on the same day, sized to whatever you can honestly stay present for. This is the part that changes anything at all, and in my experience it is also the part most programmes leave until the end and treat as optional.
Posting, pitching, pricing and asking. Or conversations, boundaries and the truth said out loud.
The tapping, if you want it
Guided sessions on the days that tend to need one, optional every single time, and there for the mornings when the alarm is loud enough that you cannot move at all. It is what turns the volume down enough to go and do the thing anyway.
Useful whether you have tapped for years or have never once tried it.
Regulation on its own would only ever make you a calmer version of somebody who is still hiding, which is why the action is never optional here and the tapping always is.
Choose your track
The same wound has two lives
You get both included, so take whichever one you need and leave the other, or run the pair of them if you have the capacity for it.
Content, work, money and opportunity
Two things each day, a post and a business action that happens well away from the feed, and you get both on purpose. Posting on its own will quite happily let you build a visible brand while never asking a single person for anything, and the asking is where the money has always been.
Choose this if it shows up as not posting, not selling, not pitching, not charging, not applying.
Relationships, family and self worth
Also two, one that involves another person and one that nobody but you will ever see, and that second one is what stops the whole thing quietly turning into a performance for the community.
Choose this if you can hold a room at work and still cannot say one true thing at your own dinner table.
Worth saying plainly, because it comes up every time. The people who need the private track most are usually the ones who arrive completely certain they only need the other one.
The five weeks
Each one more consequential than the last
Stop hiding
We start by noticing how you disappear, overthink and minimise, and then build the first pieces of evidence that being seen turns out to be survivable.
Use your real voice
You introduce yourself properly this week, including whichever part you have been quietly leaving out of the introduction for years.
Claim your authority
Teaching from your own experience, naming what you know, and giving up the habit of pretending you know considerably less than you do.
Ask for what you want
Offers, prices, pitches, and one ask where you cannot control the answer, which is how you find out that a no is genuinely survivable.
Become known
Sharing the achievement, saying the bigger thing out loud, and publishing whatever you have been avoiding since day one.
Everything included
- A daily masterclass from me, 8 to 15 minutes, for 35 days
- Two daily actions in your track, or four if you run both
- Guided tapping sessions, optional every single day
- The full tracker, with your scores and your notes in one place
- The Authority Inventory, scored at the start and again at the end
- The private community, where the work actually gets witnessed
- Weekly recap days, so you can see your own arc
- Lifetime access to every lesson
Who this is for
This is for you if
- You know what to do and are somehow not doing it
- You have an audience and cannot sell to it, or you have no audience and cannot start
- You are genuinely excellent at your work and go quiet whenever anyone asks about it
- You have never once said your price without your voice doing something odd
- You keep the peace at your own expense and have started to resent it a little
- You are the capable one who nobody worries about, and you are quite tired
- You have no business, no plans to start one, and all of the above still landed
This is not for you if
- You want a content strategy, since there are better people for that and I am not one of them
- You would like to feel confident without doing anything that makes you uncomfortable
- You are looking for therapy, because this is a structured project rather than clinical treatment, and I will say so again on day one
Who is running this
This is the specific thing I am known for
I am an accredited EFT practitioner, I certify other practitioners in my own method rather than somebody else's, and I have spent years now doing one fairly narrow thing extremely repeatedly.
I work with the childhood loyalties and the recognition patterns that sit underneath authority. The rules a nervous system wrote before you were seven about who gets to be seen, who is allowed to want more, and what it quietly costs to outgrow the people who raised you. That is a different conversation from confidence and a different one again from mindset, and it tends to be where people land after everything else has already failed them.

Available on its own
Born With Authority
This one has already run live, and the full recording is available on its own if you would rather start there. We go through where your authority actually went, what your body decided about being seen long before you had any say in it, and why none of the confidence work you have already done has held.
It stands alone, so you do not need to be doing the 35 days to watch it. Plenty of people take this first and decide from there.
How it runs
Self paced, pre-recorded, and impossible to fall behind on
There is nothing live in this at all. No calls, no set times, nothing to attend. Each day unlocks at 8am Sydney time and then stays there permanently, so you watch it whenever suits you, and if you fall three days behind you simply pick it up when you can.
If you want to know roughly when yours lands:
Clocks change in a few places during the 35 days, so these can move by an hour either way. Nothing you need to plan around, since every lesson stays up permanently.
Before you decide
Is this just tapping videos?
No, and it is worth being clear about since I am an EFT practitioner and people reasonably assume otherwise. Each day is a proper masterclass on one pattern, followed by something you go and do in real life, and that teaching and that action are the project. Tapping sits alongside it as an optional tool for the days when you are too activated to move, and plenty of people will use it rarely.
I am not in Australia. Does that matter?
Not at all, and most people doing this will not be. Nothing runs live, so each day unlocks at 8am Sydney and stays up permanently, which means it arrives overnight for the UK, Europe and North America and is sitting there waiting when you wake up.
What if I have never done tapping before?
Then you are in exactly the right place, since every session is guided from the beginning and nothing at all is assumed of you. It is also optional every single day, and the project works perfectly well for somebody who never opens one.
How much time does this take?
The lesson runs 8 to 15 minutes, and the actions scale to whatever you can genuinely stay present for on the day, because one you complete while still in your body is worth considerably more than one that looks impressive and never happens. Most people spend under half an hour a day on the whole thing.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens, and you pick it back up the next morning. This is a project rather than a streak you can ruin, and in my experience the people who finish are mostly the ones who missed a few days early on and came back anyway.
Can I do both tracks?
Yes, and both are included at the same price. Just be honest with yourself about capacity, because one track finished properly is worth a great deal more than two abandoned somewhere in week three.
I do not have a business. Is this still for me?
Yes, and the private track exists specifically for this. It is not the lesser version of the project either, since it happens to be the one that sits closest to where the whole pattern started.
Do I have to post publicly?
No. Public posting is invited and never required, and you never have to share the most painful part of your story to prove that you are doing the work. Plenty of people will complete the whole thing inside the private community.
Is this therapy?
No, it is a structured project built on nervous system principles rather than clinical treatment. If something comes up that needs more than this, I will say so, because I would rather you have the right support than the convenient one.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access to every lesson, so you can run the whole thing again later if you want to.
You do not have to be fearless on 1 October
Fearless was never the standard here and it would be a slightly strange thing to aim for anyway. What I want is for you to do the next honest thing while your heart is still going, and then the one after that, and to keep going until your body stops treating your own life as something you need permission to have.
Thirty five days of that adds up to something you can point at afterwards, which is a good deal more than most of us get out of a year of thinking about it.
The line changes here.
