the method
How I actually do this
People ask me all the time what makes my work different. So here it is, in my own words. How I get to the root of things, how I weave in real manifestation, and why I ended up building this whole method myself.
I built this because no one else was
When I started, I went looking for the kind of EFT I actually wanted to practise. Something clinically sound and genuinely safe, but that also made room for manifestation and the bigger life my clients were reaching for. I could not find it anywhere, at least not from someone who felt genuinely knowledgeable in both sides of it, and who actually cared. So much of EFT today feels rushed to market, popularised for the sake of it, when the truth is this work genuinely changes lives when it is done properly.
The clinical trainings I came across seemed to ignore manifestation completely. The manifestation world skipped the safety and the science. So I stopped waiting for someone else to put the two together, and I built it myself, out of years of real sessions with real people.
I do not work on the surface
Most tapping stays exactly where the problem shows up. The stress, the craving, the anxious thought. I go underneath it.
In a session I am endlessly curious, and I follow the thread. I ask the question under the question, and we keep gently going until we reach the belief or the memory that is actually holding everything in place. That is the part that creates lasting change. Once the root shifts, the surface stops having to work so hard to protect it.
In clinical EFT there is a technique called the tabletop technique, where you work with a core issue and the legs that hold it up. I take it further. I go into the subfloor, the basement, and the basement beneath that. I create the kind of safety where people can finally say the thing they have never admitted to anyone. Not because I push them to, but because I become your container of safety, and I can hold all of it.
When you get to the root, you do not have to keep managing the symptom.
Manifestation, done properly
Manifestation has been popularised so quickly that a lot of the truth in it has been lost along the way. What often gets taught now is positive thinking laid over a nervous system that does not actually feel safe yet. I do it the other way around.
First we regulate. We clear what is in the way and we get your body to genuinely believe it is safe to receive. Only then do we do the expansion work. When your body is actually on board, manifestation stops being wishful thinking and starts being something you can feel moving.
You cannot manifest from fear, and here is why
This is not woo. It is neuroscience, and it is the whole reason my method works in the order it does.
Your brain builds your future out of your past. The limbic brain, your amygdala, is a prediction machine. It scans for threat and runs on the emotional learnings it already holds. When those learnings are rooted in fear, your body keeps bracing for what already happened, and your attention keeps filtering the world for proof that nothing has changed. You stay in survival. And you cannot build a new life from a body that is busy defending the old one.
Here is what tapping actually does to that. Harvard Medical School researchers spent years studying these acupressure points with brain imaging, and found that stimulating them calms the amygdala remarkably fast, sometimes within seconds. A randomised trial led by Dr Dawson Church measured a 24% drop in cortisol after a single EFT session, far more than rest or talk therapy. And researchers like Dr David Feinstein describe how tapping works through memory reconsolidation, your brain's own ability to take an old emotional learning and genuinely update it, rather than just cope with it.
So when I regulate you first, I am not skipping the manifestation. I am making it possible. Once your amygdala stops predicting threat and the old belief is genuinely updated, your nervous system can finally hold safety. Your attention reorients toward what you want instead of what you fear, and you begin moving toward your future from creation rather than survival. That is the moment manifestation stops being a wish and starts becoming biology.
You were never bad at manifesting. Your nervous system was simply still protecting you from the past.

Root, Rewire, Rise
I kept noticing my sessions moved through the same three steps, every single time. So I named them.
Root
We start in your body. I get you regulated and feeling safe first. Nothing holds if we skip this.
Rewire
Then the actual tapping. Point by point, belief by belief. This is the clinical, proven part.
Rise
Once your body feels safe, the expansion comes easily. This is my manifestation work, and it only works in this order.
What actually happens
If you have never worked with me, here is the honest shape of it.
I meet your nervous system where it is
I read where you actually are, activated, shut down, or somewhere in between, and we start there. Not where I wish you were.
We find what is really going on
Through gentle, specific questions we get underneath the surface story to the thing that is actually driving it.
We tap, and I let your body lead
Structured, gentle tapping. I never force it, and we always stay inside what you can comfortably hold.
We settle it in
We close by bringing your body back to safety, so the shift becomes your new normal instead of just a nice moment.
Where the work tends to go
Within my scope of practice, tapping meets a surprising amount of what we carry.
What this is not
I would always rather tell you the truth than sell you a fantasy.
- It is not a magic wand. It is a practice. It works beautifully, and it works gently. It simply asks you to be present with me, not just to think positive.
- It is not a replacement for medical or crisis support. If you are in crisis, that comes first, and I will always be honest with you about it.
- It will never push you past what feels safe. I do not take you outside your window of tolerance. We only ever move at the pace your body says yes to.
- It is not one size fits all. You set the pace, and I follow your lead. Every time.
What it is
Because I am not here to keep you in your past. I am here to be the bridge between where you have been and everything you are walking toward.
- It is grounded magic. Real science in the body, and real expansion on the other side of safety.
- It is a soft place to land, and a steady hand forward. You never do the tender parts alone. I hold the space the whole way.
- It is permission to want more, and the regulation to actually let it in.
- It is manifestation that finally feels honest, because your whole nervous system is in on it, not just your wishful thinking.
- It is a practice you keep for life, that meets you a little differently each time you come back to it.
You are not broken, and you are not behind. You are simply on your way.
Come and feel it, or learn it
You can work with me directly, or train in the method yourself and build a practice of your own. Either way, you start exactly where you are.
